Coaches, this will be the same form that we will use for our 2012 season. This is very important to us when we are doing team formations. Please don't hesitate to keep a copy of this during the season to take notes.
Coaches, when filling out this form, please keep in mind that you are rating players for our next year! Consider the ratings carefully, and compare your players to other players, not just from your team. This will allow the executive to successfully form teams that are well balanced for our 2013 Season. Ratings go from one (1) to five (5), with 5 being the highest ranking of a team player in all aspects of soccer. If applicable, also please include if they were a goal keeper, or kept a special position through the season.
