Our Mission
Every house league player deserves equal playing time regardless of his or her ability to play.
Responsibilities of P.E.C.S.A.
- Provide facilities and field equipment for playing soccer.
- Provide equal opportunities for all interested soccer players.
- Provide up-to-date rules to coaches, game officials, and players.
- Encourage coaches to be reasonable in their approach to practices and length of playing time.
- Ensure that all teams are assigned a coach.
- Carry out police record checks for all volunteers and executives involved in the P.E.C.S.A.
- Offer and provide clinics to coaches willing to participate.
- Offer various levels of competition for players, house league, all-star, and rep.
- Reserve the right to accept or deny any coach, volunteer, game official, or player with justification.
